Cancellation and Return Policy

Cancellation Policy

We are unable to cancel any orders more than 48 hours after the order has been placed. The customer is also responsible for shipping costs.

 

Return Policy

Our number one goal is for our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases.

If you would like to return an item that was shipped for free and falls under returnable items, the refund will be processed for the total amount minus standard shipping prices to cover our costs. The customer is also responsible for shipping costs of the item being sent back to the manufacturer specified during the return process. Some items drop ship directly from the manufacture and need to be returned to them. Failure will incur additional charges.

Please note that every order is important and we do our best to ship all orders as complete as possible and pack each order with care. Unfortunately, sometimes circumstances beyond our control may result in an order that arrives at its destination with signs of a bumpy journey. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us within  72 after the delivery at shipping@djfarmhousecollections.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case -by -case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. 

If any damage is found upon inspection of your order, we ask that you save the original packing material for two weeks for inspection by UPS if applicable.  

Additionally:

  • Returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
  • We do not accept returns on seasonal or closeout merchandise.
